There are no exams for the CIPD Level 3 qualification. You complete four written assignments, one per unit, with up to three attempts each. Drafts receive tutor feedback, and resubmissions are free, ensuring continuous support and a stress-free experience.

There are no formal entry requirements for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate. It’s suitable for those new to HR or L&D, or for those already in HR looking to strengthen core HR and L&D skills.
If English is not your first language, we recommend:
- IELTS: 5.5 overall, minimum 5.5 in each category
- TOEFL: 71 overall, minimum 17 in each category
- Cambridge: Grade C or above
