Refund Policy
It is a pleasure to have you as a customer and thank you for your interest in our products and services. Following are some general terms we believe you should be aware of regarding our learning products and services:
- The customer must attend a minimum of 80% of the duration of the learning program to obtain a certificate of attendance.
- The customer is obliged to comply with our policy of confirming identity when attending any of our learning programs.
- The customer is required to cooperate with our representatives in a manner that preserves our right to provide services appropriately.
- As a matter of policy, Bakkah Learning reserves the right to record our learning sessions to ensure quality assurance and to use them for internal purposes only.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any of the learning services at any time. If we cancel or reschedule a learning service at our request, the customer has the option of rescheduling it at a later date or having all payments refunded to them. A cancellation or rescheduling of the learning service does not entitle us to any compensation for any other losses the customer may incur.

- Cancellation requests must be submitted via the learner’s profile on our website.
- Bakkah Learning products and services are non-transferable. If the customer requests to transfer or reschedule any of our products or services, a refund will be issued so that the customer may re-purchase the product or service of their choice.
- Bakkah Learning reserves the right to determine the customer's eligibility for a refund or cancellation.
- The customer may reserve their refunded amount as a credit at Bakkah Learning, however, the credit is only valid for a period of one year following the date of payment.
- Bakkah Learning will process refunds using the same method as the original payment, considering that credit card surcharges and banking transfer fees are non-refundable.
- The refund process by Bakkah Learning can take from 5 to 21 working days from the request approval day due to both internal and external (Bank) processes and procedures.
- A refund may take up to 30 days to appear in a customer's account after completing the refund request. This may also vary depending on the customer's bank.
- Bakkah Learning reserves the right to update its refund policy at any time without prior notice.
Live Online Training
- The customer may cancel the learning service more than 5 working days prior to the start of the session and will receive a 100% refund.
- The customer may cancel the learning service 5 working days or less prior to the first day of the session and will be partially refunded, considering that Bakkah has the right to determine the appropriate percentage of refund.
- The customer may cancel the learning service on the first day of the session or afterward, provided that the amount paid is non-refundable.
- Bakkah Learning reserves the right to refuse a refund request if you have consumed more than 25% of a course or downloaded any of its resources or materials.
Self-Study Course
- The customer may request a refund within 24 hours of the time of purchase if the course fails to meet their expectations or they are dissatisfied with it.
- Bakkah Learning reserves the right to refuse a refund request if submitted after 24 hours of the time of purchase, and the paid amount will be non-refundable.
- Refunds are unavailable for self-study if the course is purchased during discount campaigns.
Exam Simulators
The customer cannot request a refund for exam simulators due to their non-refundable nature.
Policy Exceptions
Unless otherwise stated, the Bakkah Refund Policy does not apply in the following cases. The below-mentioned products and services are subject to the policies of their main provider or accreditation bodies. Therefore, it is imperative to refer to the policies of the main provider or accreditation body when dealing with the below-mentioned situations.
Exam Vouchers
In the event that a customer has purchased an exam voucher in conjunction with a bundled service provided by Bakkah Learning, but the exam voucher has yet to be issued, the customer should request a refund directly through Bakkah Learning, in accordance with its refund policy for its own products and services. Elsewise, please refer to the following terms:
- PeopleCert Exam Vouchers: The customer may cancel their PeopleCert vouchers within 14 days of their issuance date if they realize they made a mistake or simply change their mind. If the customer wants to cancel the voucher after more than 14 days of its issuance date, the amount paid will be non-refundable. - HRCI Exam Vouchers: The customer may not request a refund for HRCI exam vouchers once issued due to their non-refundable nature. More information and the appropriate Terms and Conditions can be found at hrci.org.
- APICS/ASCM Exam Vouchers: The customer may not request a refund for APICS/ASCM exam vouchers once issued due to their non-refundable nature. More information and the appropriate Terms and Conditions can be found at apics.org.
- QPlus Exam Vouchers: The customer may not request a refund for QPlus exam vouchers once issued due to their non-refundable nature.
- PMI Exam Vouchers: The customer may not request a refund for PMI exam vouchers once redeemed. More information and the appropriate Terms and Conditions can be found at pmi.org.
- IIBA Exam Vouchers: The customer may request a refund for IIBA exam vouchers up to 12 months from the day IIBA received his or her payment, considering that the application fee for IIBA core BA certifications is non-refundable. CIPD Learning Services
CIPD General Policy
- CIPD Learning Services provided by Bakkah Learning is delivered through Avado.
- Avado reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the training programme at any time. If the training programme is canceled, customers are entitled to a reschedule or a full refund.
- Avado shall not be liable for any other loss incurred by the customer because of cancellation or rescheduling.
- Avado reserves the right to withdraw the student from the programme and terminate the agreement for non-payment or late payment of fees.
- Avado reserves the right to not process the customer’s accreditation whilst there are outstanding fees to be paid.
CPID Refund Policy
- The customer may cancel the learning service within 14 days of the order confirmation email and will receive a 100% refund. Considering that Avado reserves the right to impose additional cancellation fees.
- The customer may cancel the learning service on the first day of the session or afterward, provided that the amount paid is non-refundable.
