Refund Policy 

General Policies

  1. The customer must attend at least 80% of the course duration to be eligible for a certificate of attendance.
  2. The customer must comply with our identity verification policy when attending any of our training programs.
  3. The customer must cooperate with our representatives in a manner that preserves our right to deliver the training services as intended.
  4. We reserve the right to record training sessions for quality assurance purposes and internal use only.
  5. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any training course at any time.
  6. The customer has the right to reschedule the course if the new date is not suitable or request a refund of the course fee.
  7. The customer is not entitled to claim compensation for any losses incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of training courses.
  8. The customer has the right to retain the refunded amount as a credit balance, which may be used to purchase another product within one month from the refund date.
  9. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If a different payment method is requested, any additional fees will be charged to the customer.
  10. The refund process may take up to one month from the date of approval.
  11. We reserve the right to determine the customer’s eligibility for refund approval if the policy does not apply.
  12. We reserve the right to update the refund policy at any time without prior notice.

 

Live Online Courses Policy

  1. The customer has the right to cancel registration for a training course more than (7) business days prior to the course start date and receive a full refund of the course fee.
  2. The customer has the right to cancel registration for a training course less than (7) business days prior to the course start date and receive a refund of 50% of the course fee.
  3. The customer is not entitled to claim a refund (whether partial or full) from the first day of the course onwards.

 

Self-Study Courses Policy

  1. The customer has the right to request a refund on the first day of purchase, provided that their course progress does not exceed 25%.
  2. We reserve the right to reject any refund request submitted after the first day of purchase.
  3. Cash refunds are not available for self-study courses purchased during promotional campaigns or discount offers.

 

Exam Simulators Policy

The customer is not entitled to request a refund for the exam simulator.

For Organizations Plans Policy

All payments made for organizations training packages are non-refundable, either in whole or in part.

Policy Exceptions 

Unless otherwise stated, the Bakkah Refund Policy does not apply in the following cases. The below-mentioned products and services are subject to the policies of their main provider or accreditation bodies. Therefore, it is imperative to refer to the policies of the main provider or accreditation body when dealing with the below-mentioned situations.

Exam Vouchers Policies

  1. Customers may request a refund for an exam voucher within a maximum of (3) days from the date of purchase, provided that the voucher is associated with a self-study course, an exam simulation service, or purchased separately. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Customers who purchased an exam voucher as part of a live online course may request a refund as long as the voucher has not been issued or until the end date of the course, whichever comes first.
