Introduction

This website is managed by Bakkah Learning, and the word "we" on the website refers to Bakkah Learning. Bakkah Learning provides this website including the information, tools and services available to you “the user” based on your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notes mentioned here.

Terms of service

By visiting our website and/or buying from it, you have subscribed to "our services" and agreed to be subject to the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions mentioned here or linked to the site through another link. These Terms of Service apply to all site users, including browsers, suppliers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors to the site's content.

Please read these terms of service carefully before entering or using the site. By entering the site or using any of the services included in it, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement, we apologize for not being able to provide our services to you. In addition, any new features or tools which are added to our current services shall be also subject to the terms of service, and you can view the latest version of the terms of service at any time by entering this page. We reserve the right to update, change or alter any part of these terms by posting updates and/or changes on our website.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to see whether there are new versions. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any versions constitute acceptance of those versions.

Article One: General Conditions

  1. We would like to inform you that your data (excluding your credit card information) may be transferred without encryption and may be subject to:
    • (A) Transmissions over various networks on the Internet.
    • (B) Changes conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices, however, credit card information is always encrypted before being transferred over the Internet.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide the service with notifying the customer due to the refusal in accordance with to our discretion.
  3. The titles used in this agreement are provided as examples only, and these terms are not limited or affected by them.
  4. A breach of any of the terms of this agreement will result in an immediate termination of your services.
  5. You are not permitted to use any of our products for purposes that are unlawful or illegal, and you are not permitted, during the use of the service, to violate any laws in force in the jurisdiction in which you live (including, but not limited to, intellectual property protection laws).
  6. All customers willing to benefit from our products and / or services must abide by the relevant policies, terms and conditions, terms of use, and regulations for the product and / or service, inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Two: Payment

  1. By agreeing to these terms of service, you acknowledge that you have reached the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
  2. Online payments on this site require authentication of the process with a password sent to the credit card holder's phone registered at the card issuer records, which ensures that there is no fraud. We do not bear the responsibility of any negligence of the cardholder resulting in accessing his bank card and phone, consequently, making a payment on this site without his knowledge.
  3. Any purchase through our website via credit card or other electronic payment methods is not refundable in cash. Rather, the sums are paid in the same method of payment and are recovered after the cancellation and refund policy is applied.
  4. We do not bear any error on the part of the customer in entering our bank account information upon bank transfer which may lead to the wrong payment for another bank account.

Article Three: Learning Services Terms

  1. The customer must attend a minimum of 80% of the duration of the learning program in order to obtain a certificate of attendance.
  2. The customer is obliged to comply with our policy of confirming identity when attending any of our learning programs and to cooperate with our representatives in a manner that preserves our right to provide services in an appropriate manner.
  3. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any of the learning services at any time. In case a learning service is cancelled or rescheduled at our desire, the customer has the option to reschedule it at another date or refund all the sums paid by the customer. We, in addition, have no responsibility for any other losses that may be incurred by the customer due to the cancellation or rescheduling of the learning service.
  4. If the customer wants to cancel the learning service more than 7 days prior to the start of the session, 100% refund will be made.
  5. If the customer wants to cancel the learning service 7 days or less from the start of the session, due to personal and/or professional commitments, partial refund to the customer will be applied according to the cost of each service and any penalties we specify will be applied, and a partial refund to the customer will be issued. This is applicable with the exclusion of emergencies.
  6. If the customer wants to cancel the training service after the start of the first day of the session, the amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  7. If the customer fails to attend the learning service without notifying us in advance, the amount paid is not refundable.
  8. If the customer fails to attend the learning service but obtained the learning materials, in hard and / or soft copy versions, and the refund conditions apply to him, the amount will be refunded after deducting the costs of the learning materials.
  9. There is no return, cancellation, or replacement of learning materials after order confirmation and payment. This condition excludes learning materials that have a manufacturing defect.
  10. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for rescheduling learning services.
  11. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be formally sent through a cancellation form to one of our representatives or via the official email for Engagment@bakkah.net.sa, noting that we have the right to request the customer to fill out some official forms to implement the cancellation or rescheduling requests.
  12. Refund requests are subject to the above policy, noting that the refund process takes up to 21 working days by Bakkah.
  13. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in the customer’s account after completing the refund request. This may also be different depending on the customer’s bank.

Article Four: Vouchers Services Terms

  1. The customer is obliged to comply with our policy and our partners policies in a manner that preserves our right to provide services in an appropriate manner.
  2. For PeopleCert vouchers, if the customer wants to cancel the voucher within 14 days or less from issuing the voucher, the amount paid will be fully refunded after cancellation request approval
  3. For PeopleCert vouchers, if the customer wants to cancel the voucher after more than 14 days from issuing the voucher, the amount paid will be non-refundable.
  4. All HRCI vouchers are nonrefundable after issuance
  5. All APICS vouchers are non-refundable after issuance,
  6. For ISO Foundation and lead Auditor certificates, the exam fees are non-refundable.
  7. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for rescheduling exams services.
  8. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be formally sent to one of our representatives or via the official email for exams@bakkah.net.sa, noting that we have the right to request the customer to fill out some official forms to implement the cancellation or rescheduling requests.

Article Five: Service amendments and price adjustments

  1. We reserve the right to unilaterally change the prices of our services and products at any time without prior notification. Taking into consideration that this does not apply to prices for confirmed orders, once the customer receives the initial invoice and completes the payment, the prices specified in that order will not change with the price change on the website.
  2. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the service at any time (or any part of the contents of the website) without giving any prior notification and at any time we deem appropriate.
  3. We have the right to cancel the purchase order, according to our discretion, with notifying the customer about it and explaining the reason.

Article Six: Customer Information

  1. You agree to provide us with updated, complete, and accurate information about you and about the purchase order whenever you want to benefit from any of our services according to the forms included in the service request.
  2. You agree to update your account information and other information once changed, including your email address, credit card number, and expiry dates, so that we can complete your operations on the site and contact you when needed.
  3. Your confirmation that your personal information is correct is subject to our privacy policy.

Article Seven: Indemnification

You acknowledge and agree to indemnify Bakkah Learning and any of its main or subsidiary branches or its affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, licensors, service providers, sub-contractors, suppliers, or trainers for the costs of any court cases, including attorneys’ fees, or any claims by third parties for violating these terms of service or documents incorporated as references, or for any violation of laws or the rights of third parties.

Bakkah has the right not to carry out its services if payment is not received on due date.

Refund

When a refund is issued to the Customer by Bakkah, the refund may take up to 21 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made. Credit card surcharge and banking transfer fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Cancellations are done by completing and sending through the Cancellation Form for Self-Funding Students.

If you want to submit a refund request, please download the Refund request document and send it to the following email address: wm@bakkah.net.sa.

Should you have to cancel your registration and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following policy will apply:

  • If 15 working days or more notice is given in advance of the programme start date, the full paid amount will be refunded to the client.
  • If 14 working days or less notice is given in advance of the programme start date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the client.
  • If 7 working days or less notice is given in advance of the programme start date the paid amount is not refundable to the client

Watson Martin will not process your accreditation whilst there are outstanding fees to be paid.

Watson Martin Ltd. Rights

  • Watson Martin reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the training programme at any time. If training programme is cancelled, client is entitled to a reschedule or a full refund.
  • Watson Martin shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred on the client because of cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Watson Martin reserves the right to withdraw the student from the programme and terminate the agreement for non-payment or late payment of fees.

Bakkah Rights

  • Bakkah shall not be responsible for loss incurred on the client because of cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Bakkah reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer

  • Watson Martin will carry out its services once payment has been received.
  • Watson Martin has the right not to carry out its services if payments is not received in due date.
  • As your acceptance of payment shall mean that you reviewed and fully accepted any amendment to the Terms and Conditions.

Non-attendance

If you do not attend a  programme, and you have not previously informed us, the cancellation policy above will be applied.

Refund

  • Cancellation requests must be formally sent to one of our representatives or via our official email Engagement@bakkah.net.sa indicating clearly if you want paid amount to be kept as a credit, or refunded back to your original payment method.
  • We have the right to study your eligibility for a refund or cancellation and to request you to fill out some official forms to implement the cancellation requests.
  • You can request a refund within 7 days from the date of the purchase of the course in the event that the course did not meet your expectation, or unsatisfied with the product. This is subject to our refund policy for self-study products.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made. Credit card surcharge and banking transfer fees are non-refundable.
  • If you want your refund amount to remain as a credit with us, the credited amount must be used within 12 months from the date of payment or it will expire.

If you have consumed more than 25% of a course, downloaded any of the resources or materials, Bakkah reserves the right to deny your refund request.
