At Bakkah, your learning journey matters to us. The Bakkah Points System is designed to recognize your loyalty and enhance your experience. This page outlines how the program works, ensuring full transparency.
How Points Are Earned:
• Points are automatically awarded when you enroll in eligible training programs, purchase self-study materials, or other features.
• Additional points may be earned through specific activities.
• Your points balance will always be visible in your LMS profile.
Eligible Activities & Points:

| Course Completion within the First Month | Earn 300 points |
| Course Completion within the First Two Months | Earn 200 points |
| Course Completion after 3 Months or More | Earn 100 points |
| Survey Completion | Earn 200 points for completing the evaluation survey |
| Certification Sharing on Social Media | Earn 100 points per share |
| Passing the Exam & Uploading the Certificate | Earn 100 points |
| Email Subscription | Earn 50 points |
| Multiple Products in One Cart | Earn 50 bonus points |
| Repeat Purchases Within the Same Year (Separate Orders) | Earn 100 bonus points |
Note: All points are subject to the Rewards Program Terms & Conditions and may require verification before being credited to your account.
How Points Can Be Redeemed:
• Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers directly from your LMS account.
• Voucher codes can be applied during checkout for eligible courses only.
• Eligible courses are defined as follows:
• Live Online courses with a discount of 20% or less.
• Self-Study courses and Exam Simulators with a discount of 50% or less.
• Redemption rules and conditions may vary depending on the offer.
Note: Courses with discounts exceeding the percentages above are not eligible for voucher redemption.
Expiry Rules:
• Points are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Expired points cannot be reissued, reactivated, or transferred.
• Vouchers generated from points will have their own expiry date, which will be clearly displayed at issuance.
Privacy & Data Usage:
• Your privacy is our priority. Personal data collected in connection with the Points System will be used solely to manage and improve your experience.
• No personal information is shared with or sold to external parties.
• All data is securely stored within the Bakkah LMS.
