Prerequisite For CIPD Level 3 Certificate
- This HR education path is good if you`re new to HR or L&D, or in case you are already running in HR and need to bolster your middle HR skills.
- If English isn't always your first language, we recommend:

- TOEFL: seventy-one overall, minimum 17 in every category
- Cambridge: Grade C or above
To earn your CIPD Level 3 qualification, there are no exams. Instead, you will complete four written assignments—one for each unit. Draft submissions are supported with tutor feedback before final submission, and you are allowed up to three attempts per assignment at no extra cost, ensuring continuous support and a stress-free learning experience.
