PHRi™ Certification Exam Eligibility Requirements:
- Have at least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.

Through Bakkah, you can easily purchase the exam voucher. However, the registration and examination processes are handled directly between the trainee and the accreditation body. As an accredited partner, we can provide support whenever needed, but are not responsible for issues related to technical problems, scheduling, or your exam readiness.

Your PHRi certification is valid for three years after testing. To maintain your PHRi credential, you must earn 60 recertification credits over the three-year time span or retake the exam.

Yes. It’s supported by the HRDF, and to be eligible for compensation, you have to submit evidence of completion. Once you pass your HRCI certification, you will receive your certification digital badge via email to save as PDF and submit it as evidence to HRCI to proceed with your reimbursement by HRDF.

Once you complete an exam, you will receive your results at the testing center. Within 24-48 hours, Pearson VUE will send an e-mail on how to view and print your official exam score report.
HRCI does not determine the passing score arbitrarily. They use the statistical Angoff method to decide how many questions you must answer correctly to pass the exam.
Second Chance Insurance (SCI) allows a candidate to pre-purchase the opportunity to retake the same exam type a second time if the candidate is unsuccessful the first attempt. The insurance must be purchased at the same time the exam application is submitted online.
An individual with an exam appointment at a Pearson VUE testing center may reschedule their exam appointment as long as it is done at least three days prior to the appointment. There is a rescheduling fee each time this is done. No refunds will be issued if unable to test on new date.
