The National eLearning Center (NeLC) is an independent Saudi institution established by a Council of Ministers decision in 1439 H. Its mission is to regulate and ensure the quality of e-learning across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by setting standards, regulations, and frameworks for digital learning. NeLC works to strengthen trust in e-learning, organize the national e-learning ecosystem, and support educational and training institutions in meeting quality requirements. The Center also provides services such as accreditation and licensing, professional certification in e-learning fields, and governance of digital education practices.
