All projects, large or small, go through five phases known as the life cycle of a project, but before starting a project, we need to identify three main determinants to ensure that the project is delivered successfully and efficiently. These are defined as the project management triangle or productivity triangle, which are formed by three main factors: Time, Cost and Scope.

The project identifiers aim to answer the following questions:

1- When is the project over? Time
2- How much will the project cost? Cost
3- What's the final output? Scope of work
